How this app works
Daily delivery chit has no price and immediately deducts finished-goods stock because the material has left the factory. The month-end statement only adds rates and totals; it never deducts stock again. Customer money stays as deposit, bills reduce the deposit automatically, and any shortage becomes outstanding.
